We see adolescents (13 and up), adults, couples and families. Sessions are in person at our Belleville office or by secure video anywhere in Illinois and Missouri.
Individual therapy
For ages 13 and up. Bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance and behavioral addictions, trauma, anxiety and mood, grief, and life transitions.
Couples & family
Couples therapy and systems-based family work. Polyamorous relationships and non-traditional families are welcome.
LGBTQ+ affirming care
Affirming therapy across every concern we treat, gender-affirming support, and medical transition clearance letters for adults 21 and over.
Group therapy
Group offerings are in development, with topic-specific cohorts planned. Ask us what is coming next.
Our approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, interpersonal therapy, existential therapy and trauma-informed care.
