Scope of services
Prometheus Rises PLLC, doing business as Weave Behavioral Health Network (“Weave”), provides outpatient mental health services. All services are scheduled and non-emergency in nature.
The practice does not provide:
- 24/7 crisis services
- Emergency psychiatric care
- Immediate response services outside of scheduled sessions
Crisis and emergency situations
If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, you should not rely on this practice for immediate assistance.
In the event of an emergency, please contact:
- 911 (Emergency Services)
- 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
- Your nearest emergency department
You may also contact local crisis response services available in your area.
Communication limitations
Messages left via phone, email, or the client portal may not be reviewed or responded to immediately. These methods should not be used for urgent or emergency situations.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for utilizing appropriate emergency and crisis resources when immediate support is needed.
